Holmegaard Glass

The Holmegaard glass factory was originally built in 1825 in Denmark where glass bottles were manufactured and then later tableware. In the1960s Holmegaard became best known for their imaginative and popular designs employing master glassmaker Per Lutken (1916-1998), Michael Bang (1944-2002) and Otto Brauer who was the designer of the iconic bottle vase - the Gulvvase design in 1962.
