Elsie Henderson

Elsie Henderson (1880-1967) was a talented British sculptor, painter and poster designer for the London Underground, with her first solo exhibition at the Leicester Galleries, London in 1924. She was known particularly for her drawings of wild animals from studies at the Regent's Park Zoo, London in 1916/1917. Elsie Henderson exhibited at the Royal Academy and at The Society of Women Artists.
